• All rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charge
• All rates are for single or double occupancy (Standard, Pool Access, Pool View, Ocean View Rooms), and triple occupancy (Family Room)
• 3rd adult (12 and above) will be automatically charged with extra Adult Charge 
• Maximum of 3 adult per room, or 2 adult and 1 child in Standard, Pool Access, Pool View Rooms
• Maximum of 2 adults per room in Ocean View Rooms
• Maximum of 4 adults per room, or 3 adults and child, or 2 adults and 2 children in Family Rooms

Children Policy:

• Children under 9 years old are not allowed to stay at CC's Hideaway. 

• Failure to comply with this age requirement will result in the cancellation of the booking at the guest's expense, in accordance with the cancellation policy of the confirmed booking.

• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be registered in the room by themselves.

• Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge (no breakfast included) while sharing a bed with their parents. If they require an extra bed, this service will be charged 275,- thb / 450,- THB (Low Season / High Season)

• Children over the age of 12 are being charged as an adult.

Pets Policy:

CC's Hideaway is a pet friendly Boutique Hotel located in Kata, Phuket. 

CC’s Hideaway Hotel has specific rooms allocated for our Pet friendly rooms. To  avoid disappointment please reserve a pet friendly room through our
Reservations  department prior to your arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to decline pet stays for rooms that are not pre-arranged.

Dogs

2 dogs or 1 dog (15+ kg) can stay only in our Family Room Triples

1 dog (under 15 kg) can stay in following Room Types: Standard, Pool Access, Family Room

1 dog (under 6 kg) can stay in following Room Types: Standard, Pool Access, Pool View Room

Cats

Cats can stay in following Room types: Standard, Pool View. Maximum 2 cats per room.

In your room you will find a pet bed, food and water bowl as well as a  fresh dog  biscuit and clean up bags.

Everu stay with the pet in the room is subject to 1,500 baht deep cleaning fee which applies per one stay.
At check in the Front desk staff will provide you with all the information in regards to CC’s Pet Policy. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay at The

There is no charge to have your pets with you, but should you choose to leave  your pet in your room while you explore Phuket we charge 200 baht per day to keep the air conditioning on while you are out.
Two pets maximum per room up to 15kg each.

Hotel Damage Policies:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay, whether it is accidental or due to negligence. This includes damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, and any hotel facilities. 

Any damage to or excessive staining of linens, towels, or other soft furnishings beyond normal use will result in a replacement or cleaning fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Irremovable stains caused by makeup, hair dye, ink, food, beverages, or any other substances; tearing, ripping, or cutting of fabric; damage from misuse, such as using towels for cleaning purposes other than personal hygiene. 

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled forty-eight (48 hours) hotel time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a 50% room cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the 50% room charge of total booking. 

The Hotel reserve the right to charge 50% depsoit after the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before the arrival refund will be issued and might take up to 7 business days.

Early termination of a "Yoga Holida Retreat", "Holistic Detox", "Adventure on!", "Tranquility Retreat" and other package bookings will result in a cancellation fee equal of 2 nights if price is per night, or 2 full days if price is per package.
